John grew up on a farm, a self-proclaimed "farm boy". His love of and appreciation for the land led him to study agriculture which kickstarted his career in real estate.

In addition, Missy is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist and operates as Great West's estate service coordinator. With wisdom and compassion, she is able to administrate transition logistics in a personalized and efficient manner.

Oliver is a second generation Realtor who was born in Sarnia, Ontario. His family in St. Clair Township goes back for generations, his ancestors set roots here in the 1800's. Oliver attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University on a golf scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Oliver is known for his one of a kind mix of business sharpness, negotiating ability and trust to each exchange. His marketing and ability to listen and understand his client’s needs allows him to provide his clientele with a stress free solution to buying and selling residential and agricultural real estate. Renée’s diversified background offers her clients a real advantage whether buying or selling.  With her vast educational background including a BA in Visual Art, MA in Philosophy as well as a Bed, she brings to the table excellent negotiating skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics. She is always ready to help her Sellers prepare their house for sale, and is able to offer practical advice on how best to go about the process.   

In addition, as owner of Renee’s Renos and Property Management for over a decade she brings with her an in-depth knowledge of all things houses. She is able to direct her Buyers attention to important structural and mechanical aspects, and can offer knowledgeable cost estimates for repairs and/or renovations.

As the wife of a farmer, Cass offers valuable insights into rural properties and agricultural land.

Beyond her career, she enjoys cooking, camping and is an avid animal lover.

Lauren is our Auction Coordinator. She has been with the UCRE | Great West Realty team since 2018.

Born and raised on a farm in Lambton County, Lauren brings with her a wealth of knowledge in that industry.

Lauren’s dedication to delivering successful farm and property auctions shows in the results and customer compliments!

Steve Soltis IT Specialist

Meet Steve Soltis

Steve graduated from the IT program at Lambton College, earning CPA and CP degrees.

He now works for UCRE | Great West Realty in their IT department and has been with the company for 14 years.

Steve has had success in delivering auctions online and generating a digital presence.   He is part of the team that does moving, sorting, and cataloguing of items being brought in for auction.

Steve is the team member that takes care of our e-mail list and gets the announcements and reminders out for all of our auctions. Our team counts on Steve to have all of our equipment up and running when we are doing auctions at alternate locations. This task can prove difficult when we are in locations with little internet access, yet Steve is able to keep us operating in these situations
